•  Claims and counterclaims between franchisee and franchisor for misrepresentation, wrongful termination, outstanding and projected fees, diverted business, breach of post-termination covenants and derogation of grant in respect of numerous franchises in the lettings services industry.

•  Dispute between franchisor and franchisee of driver-hire business regarding the rate of growth of the franchise and obligations aimed at producing further growth in the business.
