of IPRs in developed higher-education courses
and materials.

between District Auditor, Academies Trust and Directors
over fees paid to super-head while under local authority
jurisdiction (ie pre-Trust status).
• Dispute
between further education college and learning provider
over learner numbers, administration and contractual
entitlements.
Recent examples include:
• Claim by course provider against Authorised Organisation for contractual negligence in process of obtaining Performance Points from the Department of Education for Accredited courses.
• Claim by provider of transport to special educational needs pupils against local authority following termination for misconduct, including drink-driving, of one of the contractor’s drivers.
• Claim by education provider against supermarket chain
for services provided to staff training scheme, said by the supermarket to be pre-contractual.
